Sarlink 3450 抗 变形TPV
TPV主要由二部分组成，一是塑料，作为连续相，二是橡胶作为分散相。通常橡胶需要与软化油或增塑剂与之配合。 也少不了硫化剂和一些辅助助剂。另外为了降或者提高某方面的性能，一些无机填料会被填加。热塑性硫化橡胶（英文为Thermoplastic Vulcanizate），又称聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体,简称为TPV，热塑性硫化橡胶的中文简称为热塑性橡胶（英文Thermoplastic Rubber），简称为TPR，但这个名称容易和其它种类的热塑性弹性体（英文为Thermoplastic Elastomer）相混淆在一起，因为通常热塑性弹性体也被大家叫做热塑性橡胶，尤其是苯乙烯类弹性体，目前至少在中国似乎"TPR”已经成为它的专有名称了，一提起TPR，就是指以SBS、SEBS等苯乙烯类弹性体为基料的热塑性弹性体，这与苯乙烯类弹性体在民用以及终端消费品领域中消耗量之大是分不开的。
